Jason M. Pelt is a Virginia trial attorney with 26 years of legal experience. He earned his B.S. in Government from Liberty University in 1997 and his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2000, then served on active duty as a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps, with assignments at Quantico and at Marine Barracks Washington, 8th and I, in Washington, D.C. He left active duty as a Captain in 2005 and continued to serve in the Marine Corps Reserve until 2012, separating at the rank of Major. Licensed in Virginia since 2005, and also licensed in Florida, he has lived and worked in the Fredericksburg and Stafford County community since 2000. His practice focuses on criminal and traffic defense, civil litigation, and landlord and tenant matters on both sides.
